I’m local to you, can I pick up my order in person?

No, we do not offer local sales or services. All orders must be conducted through the online store.

What’s the status of my order?

Order confirmations are automatically sent out via email once the order is placed. Order status can be found using the view my order link in your confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, you may have mistyped your email addres

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 7 business days (Monday through Friday), with most orders shipping within 72 hours. Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during sales and holidays.

My order was lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address

Do you offer express or expedited shipping?

All orders are shipped via USPS standard parcel post. Package insurance is available during checkout through Route.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. For international sales, please see one of our certified dealers.

Can I cancel my order?

Can you add or remove an item from my order?
