Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date the order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If return is eligible & approved, the customer is responsible for shipping fees back to JMac facility.

Returns for Refund incur a 20% restocking fee.

Returns for Store Credit do not incur a restock fee. Store Credit is applied directly to your JMAC-Customs.com account and does not expire.
